WordAI Ultimate Tutorial & Honest Review – Innovative Content Spinning Software

If you have ever felt the need for fresh and unique content, but didn’t have the time to write it yourself, you have come to the right place. WordAI is the most popular content spinner on the market and the one that generates articles that get the closest to actually being called “human readable or even written”.

Today, we are going to take an in-depth look at everything offered by WordAI, including using both its spinners (“Standard” and “Turing”) to spin some content and then analyze said content for its quality. Here we go.

What You’ll Learn

WordAI Features Preview

Now, if you have ever used content spinning software for your SEO content, you know the perks they usually come with. However, WordAI has a few tricks up its sleeve that other article spinners do not:

WordAI Ultimate Tutorial

The first thing you see when you login to your WordAI account (you can take advantage of the 3 days free trial) is the welcome page. On it, you will basically be introduced to what WordAI is and what it can do for you, including the latest releases of the software and a link to the Apex Forum, which is a pretty fast growing SEO forum created by the WordAI team.

Now let’s get right to the good stuff. But before we do, I just want to point out that usually, the way you will use WordAI is through its API by integrating it with a content generation software such as Kontent Machine (our tutorial and honest review) and not by manually spinning content from the website.

I mean you can do that as well of course and it all depends on what SEO project you will be working on. If you just need an extremely high quality article for some Tier 1 project, you can head to the website and do some manual work, but if you need content for, say, your GSA SER campaigns, you just need to connect WordAI to your Kontent Machine and you are good to go. Now, let’s take a look at WordAI’s “Standard” spinner.

The “Standard” Spinner

Hover over the “Spinner” menu with your mouse and then click on the “Standard Spinner” sub-menu:

This is what the “Standard” spinner page looks like. Pretty straightforward right? You have a text input where you will enter the content you want to spin and then a few settings that we are going to delve into in a moment.

First I want to note on the text on the right-hand side. Basically, the first paragraph tells you about WordAI’s “Turing” spinner which generates amazing content for a software, then you have some directions as to how to spin your content and then a link to the bulk spinner of WordAI. Keep in mind that you can only use the bulk spinner if you have an active subscription and not just the trial.

Now let’s look at the “Spinning Quality” settings:

The WordAI team have come up with directions for different types of needs and here they are:

While these recommendations give you some general guidelines as to what settings you want to use in these more popular situations, don’t be afraid to customize according to your needs. For instance, if your Tier 1 will build only just a few links, you can set the 1st input to “Very Readable” or even “Extremely Readable” as WordAI will still produce unique content even if only a few versions.

Basically, the more readable you set the 1st input to be, the more tight WordAI will be when picking up synonyms for the words in your content. It will be more strict with the meaning of the text and thus less unique versions will be produced, but of more high quality and human readability.

Then we have the opposite if you are setting the 1st input more to the unique side of the options. In that case, WordAI will not care that much about overall meaning of the content and try and use more and more synonyms for the words and phrases in order to create more and more unique versions in the end result.

Now, after you have an understanding of the basic settings provided by WordAI, let’s spin some content to see the results we get. The text I will use is a short story I came by while surfing on the Internet and it goes like this:

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a small rope tied to their front leg. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these animals just stood there and made no attempt to get away. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are very young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. As they grow up, they are conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but because they believed they couldn’t, they were stuck right where they were.

Spinning With The “Very Readable” Setting

Now, I will use the “Very Readable Content” settings suggested by WordAI to see what it will come up with in comparison to the original text. It took about 30 seconds for WordAI to spin this small piece of content so you really know that there’s a lot of processing happening on the back-end. The content that WordAI generated is calculated to have an average of 94% uniqueness (you can learn more about how WordAI calculates this percentage here) and here is an example spin generated from the spintax:

He suddenly stopped, confused by the truth that only a little rope tied to their front leg was holding these enormous beings as a person passed the dinosaurs. No stores, no cages. It was obvious the dinosaurs may, anytime, break away from their securities however for some reason, they didn’t.

He saw a trainer regional and questioned why these creatures made no attempt to escape and merely stood there. “Well coach mentioned, “when they are hardly old and considerably smaller it’s enough to carry them, make use of the size string to link them and, at that era. They are conditioned to trust they cannot breakaway, as they mature. They imagine the rope may still keep them, so they never attempt to break free.”

The man was surprised. These pets can anytime liberate from their ties where these were but since they assumed they couldn’t, they were jammed right.

A few things I want to note here:

  1. I like how WordAI played with the structure of the sentences and switched the flow of the text in order to make it unique, but still human readable.
  2. I don’t know why it replaced elephants with dinosaurs, but I guess it is somewhat appropriate. I would have loved if it would have replaced the word with “huge mammals” or “giant animals”.
  3. In the second paragraph, there’s a bit of confusing with the quotes and then with the structure of the first sentence in the quotes, but I can see what WordAI did there. There’s a WordAI option that can take care of quotes, but we will get to that later on. The rest of the second paragraph looks good.
  4. The final paragraph is straight up spun by using close synonyms of the words and it looks perfectly fine.
  5. I would say that with the exception of the first sentence in the quotes, the content generated by the “Standard” spinner of WordAI is phenomenal. I mean, I have delved into the depths of machine learning and human language data and I know a thing or two about trying to educate a machine on human language. So the results here can be thought of as written by someone who has started learning English a few months ago, but still manages to write understandable human readable content. That is all in my opinion.

Spinning With The “Readable” Setting

Now, remember that the above example was using the “Very Readable” setting of WordAI. Let’s see what content will be generated if we use the “Readable” setting. Just a quick note here that this time it took about 20 seconds for WordAI to finish the spin, so the setting we are playing with definitely has some effect and is not there just for marketing purposes:

He instantly stopped, confused from the undeniable fact that just a small string associated with their top knee was holding these big pets as being a guy passed the tigers. No stores, no cages. It was evident for some reason although that the elephants could, anytime, break-away from their bonds, they didn’t.

He observed a regional and questioned why these pets built no attempt to getaway and only stood there. “Well, instructor that is ” stated, “when they’re much and hardly old smaller we it’s enough to hold them, utilize the same dimension string to wrap them and, at that age. They are conditioned to think they can not break-away while they develop. They think the string could still carry them, so they really never attempt to break free.”

The man was surprised. These creatures could anytime break free from their bonds but because they thought they couldn’t, they were jammed right where they were.

This time, WordAI calculates the spin it generated at 97% uniqueness which is basically completely unique. If you look at the text above, again, the first sentence of the quoted content is a bit confusing, but the rest is still good. I would even say that the last sentence came out better than the previous spin, but generally, yes, the above spin looks more like a human wrote it.

Spinning With The “Unique” Setting

At last, let’s see what content WordAI will generate if we use the “Unique” setting. The spin was completed in about 15 seconds, so it’s a bit faster than the “Readable” setting spin, as expected:

Like a man was transferring the elephants, he abruptly quit, baffled by the proven fact that these massive beings were being placed by merely a tiny string linked with their top knee. No restaurants, no crates. It was apparent for some purpose although that the dinosaurs may, at anytime, breakaway from their securities, they did not.

He found a trainer regional and asked why these pets produced no try to getaway and merely stood there. “Well, ” trainer explained, “when they are hardly old and considerably smaller we it’s enough to hold them utilize the same measurement rope to connect them and, at that age. While they grow up, they are trained to think they CAn’t breakaway. They believe the rope can still maintain them, so that they never attempt to bust free.”

The man was astonished. These pets can whenever you want get rid from their bonds where they were but simply because they believed they couldn’t, they were jammed right.

As you can see, WordAI is a lot more loose with the meaning of the text and uses synonyms wherever it can in order to produce the most unique content possible – this one is calculated at 98% uniqueness. Again, the purpose of such content should be for the lower tiers where you would need a higher quantity of links with not that high quality content.

Manually Spinning Content With WordAI

Now, as I told you, it’s extremely hard for a machine to understand content, so there will always be something that doesn’t look like it should be there – like a wrong synonym (the “dinosaur” word for example), wrong punctuation, etc. The good news is that when you spin some content with WordAI, it is a child’s play to tweak the generated spintax:

So when you spin content with WordAI, at the top of the results you will see the full spintax. Now, below that you will see a few spin versions generated from that spintax, like the ones that we used to analyze WordAI’s “Standard” spinner above.

If for whatever reason you don’t like a certain part of the spun content, you can easily edit the source (spintax) in order to fix any mistakes. As you can see from above, simply clicking on a word will bring out this window where you can easily add or remove synonyms to be used.

For instance, I will in this case remove the “dinosaurs” word as well as the “tigers” word as they are not appropriate in this case. You can do that by simply clicking on the word and you will see it disappear from the spintax.

And basically you can do the same thing for any inappropriate words or phrases until the content looks like it was written by Ernest Hemingway. I love it when things are easy and intuitive and this is one of those cases. And that’s pretty much it for the “Standard” spinner of WordAI.

Now let’s look at WordAI’s crown jewel – the “Turing” Spinner.

The “Turing” Spinner

To open the “Turing” spinner, simply hover over the “Spinner” menu and then click on the “Turing Spinner” sub-menu. The page you will get redirected to looks almost the same as the “Standard” spinner. You have the same 4 inputs below the content field plus an additional one which allows you to choose whether or not you want WordAI to generate a title for the content.

Again, we are going to spin the same elephant story we used for the “Standard” spinner to really see if the “Turing” spinner lives up to its reputation. Also, we will again use the same 3 different settings for readability and uniqueness. Let’s begin.

Spinning With The “Very Readable” Setting

It took more than a minute and a half to spin our little motivational story, which is a full minute more than what the “Standard” spinner took to get the job done, so there’s really a lot of stuff happening on the back-end of the “Turing” spinner. But, let’s see what it managed to generate :

As a man was passing the elephants, he suddenly stopped, confused by the very fact that these huge creatures were being held by only a tiny rope. No chains, no cages.

He inquired why these creatures just stood there and made no attempt to get away and saw a trainer nearby. “Well,” trainer said, “when they’re extremely young and much smaller we use the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it is enough to hold them. As they grow up, they may be conditioned to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never make an effort to break free.”

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but they were stuck right where they were because they believed they could not.

The above text is calculated by WordAI to be 70% unique which is still good and expected for the “Very Readable” setting. Here’s what I think about it:

  1. I like how WordAI removed an entire sentence from the content to mix it up.
  2. I like how it switched up the flow of the first sentence of the second paragraph.
  3. I like that it this time handled well with the quotes and even managed to spin a few words in it correctly.
  4. I like again how it switched up the flow of the last sentence to make it unique.

Overall, if you look at this text, it is completely human readable with barely anything that can tell that this content is generated by a content spinner. That to me is extremely fascinating. Now, let’s see how the “Turing” spinner will do with more unique spins.

Spinning With The “Readable” Setting

Surprisingly, when I spun this same elephant story with the “Readable” setting, WordAI calculated an average of 62% uniqueness, which is still somewhat good, but I expected it to be more than the “Very Readable” spin.

Maybe this is due to the fact that the text is really small, but I’m not sure. Anyway, here’s a spin version of what WordAI generated:

He abruptly stopped, confounded by the fact that these huge creatures were being held by just a small rope tied to their front leg as a guy was passing the elephants. No chains, no cages. It was obvious that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for some reason, they did not.

He saw a trainer nearby and inquired why these animals made no effort to get away and just stood there. “Well,” trainer said, “when they are quite young and much smaller we use exactly the same size rope to tie them and, at that age, it’s enough to hold them. They are conditioned to believe they cannot break away, as they grow up. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was amazed. These animals could at any time break free from their bonds but they were stuck right where they were, because they believed they couldn’t.

By the way, I check all these spins and compare them using DiffChecker in order to easily see what has changed. And as you can see, the “Turing” spinner of WordAI really focuses on rewriting the structure and flow of the sentences of the content as opposed to focusing on exchanging words with synonyms, which is of course why the result content is extremely human readable.

Spinning With The “Unique” Setting

This time, we got 81% uniqueness score on our spin and here is the result of it:

He suddenly stopped, confounded by the truth that these huge creatures were being used by just a tiny rope tied to their front leg, as a guy was passing the elephants. No chains, no crates. It was apparent that the elephants could, at anytime, break away from their bonds but for whatever reason, they didn’t.

He saw a trainer nearby and asked why these creatures made no effort to get away and just stood there. “Well,” coach stated, “when they are really young and much smaller we use precisely the same size rope to tie them-and, at that age, it is enough to to carry them. As they mature, they can be trained to believe they cannot break away. They believe the rope can still hold them, so they never try to break free.”

The man was taken aback. These animals could at any time break free of their bonds but they were stuck right where they were, because they believed these were could not.

Nothing unexpected here. I think you should now be seeing how effective WordAI’s “Turing” spinner is at spinning content. And again, just like with the “Standard” spinner, you can manually edit the spintax if you don’t like something.

One final thing to note about WordAI’s spinners is that you can save your spins and then later on continue editing from where you left off – you will see how you can do that in a minute. Now let’s get to a few features that WordAI provides to its users.

The “Foreign Language” Spinner

Oh yea, WordAI not only can spin language in English, but also Spanish, French, and Italian. Now, sadly, I don’t speak or know any of these languages so I cannot really perform any tests on these, but I’m pretty sure that the results will be really good as they were with the other two spinners.

WordAI Custom Synonyms

From the “Account” menu, you will find the “Custom Synonyms” sub-menu, which basically allows you to add your own synonyms for certain keywords and then force WordAI to use your synonyms when it comes upon a word from your list:

WordAI Protected Words

Another thing you can do with WordAI is to add keywords that you don’t want the software to touch at all. So for instance, if you don’t want WordAI to ever spin the word “elephant” at all, you can add it to your protected words list:

On this page, you will also find advanced settings that apply only to the “Turing” spinner which include the following options:

WordAI File Manager

From the “Account” menu, you will find the “File Manager” sub-menu which will take you to a page with all of your stored spintax files:

As you can see, there is our elephant story from earlier. Now, if you click on the name itself, you will be taken to the spintax page where you can continue editing your content. Besides that, there are 4 other actions you can perform on saved files:

And that’s basically it for the file manager of WordAI. Moving on.

WordAI Usage Info

This part is extremely important so pay close attention. Each month, you have a limit on the words you can spin with both of WordAI’s spinners and that is:

If, for whatever reason you go over this limit, you will be charged extra at the following prices:

By default, WordAI has set a setting allowing your account to go over the default limits and into the additional payment for words, but you can easily change that on the “Usage Info” page with this option:

That way, if you reach your limits, WordAI won’t allow you to spin anymore so as to not pay additional fees. Now, I have ran a lot, and I mean a lot of GSA SER projects and are still running, and we have yet to reach the limits.

One thing I want to note is that if you are using Kontent Machine to access WordAI’s API and spin content, you will want to lower the number of variations for sentences and paragraphs that KM scrapes otherwise you can eat through your WordAI limits pretty quickly.

And that’s basically it guys. WordAI also allows you to integrate with Copyscape if you really want to, but I have found the default uniqueness checker to be more than good enough.

Honest WordAI Review

Overall guys, WordAI is the best spinner on the SEO market when we talk about quality and range of quality that can be generated by the software. It is extremely easy and intuitive to use and is integrated to work with all of the top online marketing tools.

One thing that I’d like to see in it that I have seen in other spinners is a recommendation of synonyms when doing a manual edition of the spintax. That would be awesome on top of everything, but as I said again, the way most people use WordAI is by accessing it via a third-party tool.

Summary

As you saw, WordAI really does generate some awesome content for a software. I mean there’s a lot of room for improvement, but until quantum computers get to a whole new level or until we learn how to gather the power of consciousness, I can’t see a machine getting an “A” in human language.

Bottom line is if you need decent spun content with a great level of uniqueness, WordAI is currently the best choice on the SEO market. There are many other content spinners on the market and you can check out our case study of the top 5, but in my opinion and experience, WordAI trumps all of them.
